SFHS Symphonic Band

Symphonic Band personnel are selected through a series of four auditions. Musicians will concentrate on further development of individual and ensemble playing skills such as tone production, rhythmic proficiency, intonation, and technical ability. These skills will be utilized in the performance aspects of outstanding wind and percussion literature. This band will perform on several concert, contests, and festivals. There will be out-of-school time required for rehearsals and performances.
